The Rolfing® 10-Series is a thoughtfully designed sequence of ten sessions, typically received weekly or biweekly. It’s a systematic process of unwinding, organizing, and integrating your entire body—layer by layer.

Both the magic and the madness of this approach is that the series isn’t targeting what you’re feeling in the moment, or even what might be bothering you in general. Instead, we are aiming to make sense of the whole. For example, no matter what brings someone into the series, by the third session we’ll be working on balancing the two sides of the body

session 5 - upper/lower integration (deep abdomen / hip flexors)

session 7 - deep neck and head

While it’s natural to focus on the areas where we feel tension or discomfort, true change often comes from places we least expect. The beauty of the 10-Series lies in its ability to go beyond “the problem areas” and build on the momentum of spatial change.

While the 10-Series may not be the right fit for everyone at a given time in their life, it is my preferred approach. It’s especially powerful for those already moving through a period of personal change—a way to bring the body along to fully support that evolution.
